I-STEP Network is an international network of organisations working on education, social inclusion, employability and participation. We turn cooperation between members into practical methods, toolkits and training that organisations can use straight away.
The network is organised around five strategic pathways. Each one is also a strategic group: a working community that develops methods, resources and joint projects in its field. Choose a pathway to see what the group does and what it produces.
Inclusion is where the network starts. I-STEP designs access, representation and equity into every method it produces.

Employability turns that into work and enterprise. Participation gives people a real say. Most projects move through several steps at once, so the strategic groups share methods and people.
