About the organisation

Learning Library OÜ is an education and training organisation based in Tallinn, Estonia, specialising in innovative learning, digital education and the development of accessible educational resources. We combine expertise in non-formal education, instructional design and digital technologies to create practical learning opportunities for young people, educators, youth workers and other professionals.

Our work includes the development of educational materials, online courses, learning platforms, websites, digital educational games and interactive learning tools. We also carry out research, organise educational seminars and training activities, and support the development and implementation of European and international education projects.

Learning Library works across youth, vocational and adult education, with a strong emphasis on skills development, digital transformation, inclusion and accessibility. Through international cooperation projects, we address topics such as digital and media literacy, entrepreneurship and employability, environmental sustainability, active citizenship, accessibility for people with disabilities and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

A key part of our approach is transforming educational content into practical, engaging and accessible learning experiences. We work with NGOs, educational institutions, youth organisations, VET providers and other partners to develop resources that can be transferred and used beyond individual projects.
