About the organisation

Libero is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering young people by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions for the modern challenges they face. We achieve this by informing, educating, and actively including young people in diverse social processes, ensuring their voices are heard and their potential is realized.
Our team is driven by a mission of Hot Spotting Youth Rights.

Key expertise: Libero is a pioneer in Serbia in hate speech and digital violence prevention, leader in stakeholders capacity building for supporting youth, organiser of recognised initiatives for young people's access to rights, inclusion and participation.

Libero is an organization which is built around four main lines of work:

1. Supporting lifelong learning of young people for personal and professional development;
2. Supporting young people’s inclusion and participation in virtual and real world;
3. Supporting young people’s access to rights in virtual and real world;
4. Supporting stakeholders in ensuring young people’s access to rights, participation and lifelong learning.
