DOT Projects is a youth-led, grassroots non-governmental organisation founded in 2023 and based in Alicante, Spain. It works with young people through non-formal education, volunteer-led activities and community-based initiatives that encourage active participation and personal development.
Its main areas of work include youth participation, environmental sustainability, gender equality, inclusion, digital learning and community innovation. DOT Projects organises workshops, learning activities and youth-led initiatives that help participants develop practical skills, critical thinking, confidence and a stronger connection with their communities.
The organisation places particular emphasis on testing ideas in real youth-work environments and adapting educational methods so that they are accessible, inclusive and practical for young people and local organisations.
