About the organisation
The DIA is a national non-profit organization that draws on more than two decades of experience and its own proven methodologies to help young people prepare for the social challenges of the 21st century. It places particular emphasis on strengthening debate culture, civic competencies, and democratic participation.
Its programs—including a nationwide community debate club network comprising more than 20 debate clubs—create safe spaces for learning and community engagement where young people can develop their argumentation skills, explore diverse perspectives, and practice democratic dialogue.
The organization's methodological expertise, including its self-developed VoxPop debate game, is shared with teachers, youth workers, and institutions through professional partnerships and training programs.
