About the organisation

Bridge Coop Lab is a consultancy specializing in VET, institutional capacity building, and international cooperation projects in Brazil, Europe and PALOPs (Africa).
Our Project Lab Methodology is a structured framework designed to empower organisations and VET learners to successfully engage in international cooperation opportunities.
Developed by Dr Ana Guimarães Duarte — PhD in Adult Education and Training - with practical expertise as an expert evaluator for executive agencies of the European Commission, project manager, project designer, VET trainer and adult educator.
Our mentoring decodes the complexity of international funding for education and VET institutions, SMEs, public entities, and third-sector organizations.
Born from the real-world experience of someone who managed and planned projects across public, educational, healthcare, and non-governmental institutions, we combine academic knowledge in Europe with practical expertise in Brazil.
We offer the strategic vision of those who know the application ecosystem for European funding within Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ International Cooperation actions, ensuring a secure path for VET and HE internationalization strategy and collaboration with African, European and Latin American partners.
Our work is divided into three complementary pillars to ensure that institution not only submits an application, but develops a lasting culture of VET internationalization:
Diagnosis & Strategic Orientation (Mapping opportunities in european funding. Aligning institutional priorities with open calls).
Capacity Building & Technical Mentorship (Immersive workshops and technical writing tutoring, combining AI with the practical insights of an official proposal evaluator).
Networking & Matchmaking (Curation of international partners across Europe and Latin America to build mandatory transnational consortia).
