Acerca de la organización

Pannonia is a Nova Gradiška-based VET provider, training agency and EU project management consultancy with offices in Zagreb and Nova Gradiška. We are listed in the Croatian Ministry of Economy register of education providers authorised to deliver training under the EU voucher scheme for digital transformation, and we design and deliver non-formal and vocational learning programmes for adults, VET learners, professionals and youth workers.

Our core services are: vocational curriculum design and new occupational profiles; e-learning design and authoring, including our own authoring tools and learning platforms; grant writing and full implementation management for Erasmus+, ESF+ and Horizon projects; and dissemination, quality assurance and financial compliance for consortia.

We have delivered 40+ projects with a network of 52 partner organisations in more than 25 countries, acting both as coordinator and as partner. We coordinate REVIVER (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CB-VET), a regenerative agriculture curriculum built with six organisations from Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are a partner in SEE-GL (ESG principles in transport logistics, Western Balkans), VET EcoLume (a new VET occupation for light pollution mitigation, Europe and Latin America), DRUPWB (STEM-based VET responses to unemployment in the Western Balkans) and GreenGuard (youth education against greenwashing). We also delivered e-learning and workshops within the Horizon 2020 PRECODE network.

Thematically our work concentrates on green and digital transition skills, employability and labour market relevance of VET, media and AI literacy, and inclusion, including long-standing cooperation with organisations working with deaf and hard-of-hearing people and other under-represented groups in Croatia.

Within I-STEP we can contribute curriculum and micro-credential design, e-learning production, piloting with VET and NGO learners, and consortium management experience.
