Acerca de la organización
Linking Foundation is a non-governmental organisation based in Tarnów, Poland, established in 2014. Our mission is to strengthen local communities through social innovation and to build bridges between people, organisations and countries.
We specialise in designing, coordinating and implementing European projects, primarily under the Erasmus+ programme, in adult education, youth and vocational training. Together with partners across Europe, we develop practical educational resources, training programmes, e-learning courses, toolkits and digital tools that respond to real social needs.
Our key areas of activity include:
social innovation – creating new solutions to social challenges and teaching others how to implement them,
social inclusion – supporting people at risk of exclusion, including migrants, seniors, families and women,
key competences – developing digital, financial, entrepreneurial and professional skills,
sustainability – promoting the circular economy and sustainable lifestyles,
digital safety – raising awareness of safe and responsible use of technology.
Our team brings over 15 years of experience in EU-funded and international projects (including Erasmus+, USAID and World Bank initiatives) in Poland, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, combined with expertise in education, UX and product design, game-based learning, communication and project management. This allows us to lead work packages ranging from needs analysis and content development to visual identity, digital platforms, dissemination and quality assurance.
Locally, we act as a hub for NGOs in the Tarnów region, organising networking meetings, conferences and workshops that connect civil society, public institutions and businesses.
We believe that cooperation and innovation are the foundation of inclusive and sustainable community development.
