Metodología: Direct reach counts individuals with recorded participation in CIP activities during 2025: training and course participants, project target-group members, entrepreneurship mentees, event and conference attendees, and NiMATH museum visitors. Indirect reach estimates dissemination via partner networks, open resource downloads, newsletters, social media and press, aggregated from figures reported to funding bodies. Duplicates are excluded where identifiable.

Citizens In Power (CIP) is an independent, non-profit educational and research organisation based in Nicosia, Cyprus. CIP works at the intersection of inclusive education, social innovation, entrepreneurship, STEAM and sustainable development.
CIP operates through thematic departments covering education and training, entrepreneurship and employability, research and digital innovation, sustainability, and civic participation. Its work combines applied research, curriculum and tool development, professional training, mentoring and community-based activity, with a consistent focus on learners and citizens with fewer opportunities: young people not in employment, education or training, early school leavers, migrants, and adults with low qualification levels.
Inclusive Skills — CIP develops open educational resources, digital tools and competence frameworks in STEAM and transversal skills, and hosts NiMATH, the Nicosia Mathematical Museum, as a non-formal learning environment.
Inclusive Training — through the CIP Training Centre, the organisation delivers professional training for educators, youth workers, trainers and civil society staff, including programmes funded by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA/ΑνΑΔ).
Inclusive Employability — CIP is the intermediary organisation in Cyprus for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs and provides entrepreneurship education, mentoring and start-up support to young and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Inclusive Participation — CIP promotes democratic participation, media literacy and structured dialogue between young people and decision-makers, and is a knowledge partner of the Cyprus Forum.
CIP has coordinated and participated in a large number of Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2, KA3), Horizon Europe, CERV, AMIF and Creative Europe projects with partners across Europe.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE)
Single Market Programme (SMP/COSME) — EISMEA · 2026
CIP is the intermediary organisation in Cyprus for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, the EU cross-border exchange programme for new and host entrepreneurs. CIP recruits, matches and supports new entrepreneurs on placements of one to six months and hosts incoming entrepreneurs with Cypriot businesses. The role gives CIP a permanent operational link between entrepreneurship education, SME development and youth employability.
Football for a Chance (F4aC)
Erasmus+ Sport · 2026
F4aC uses football to address barriers to participation faced by migrants, women and people in socio-economic disadvantage. The project develops a digital application with training modules on football skills, nutrition, personal development and inclusive coaching, an interactive map of accessible football facilities, and a digital CV function opening career pathways on and off the pitch. It also builds the capacity of coaches, managers and club officials in gender-sensitive and culturally inclusive practice.
DivEE — Empowering Autistic Learners through Citizen Science
Erasmus+ KA220 · 2024–2026
DivEE fosters the socio-educational inclusion of autistic learners aged 12–16 by embedding accessible Citizen Science into mainstream secondary classrooms. Outputs include an Autism-Inclusive Citizen Science Toolkit, a teacher e-book and adapted national Citizen Science projects. Teachers in eight schools support the inclusive participation of 92 autistic students and their peers, with three Citizen Science Festivals extending engagement to the wider school community.
ACTIVATE — Active Community Participation for People with Functional Diversity
Erasmus+ KA220-ADU · 2021–2023
ACTIVATE developed training and resources enabling adults with functional diversity to take an active part in community and civic life, with a focus on digital participation tools. Results comprise a training course on online community action and social participation mechanisms, and a practical toolkit for the multidisciplinary professionals who support them. Partners from Spain, Cyprus, Portugal, Slovenia and Germany.
