Acerca de la organización

Anatta Foundation is a Dutch non-profit organisation founded in 2015, working across Europe to promote mental health, human flourishing and a stronger connection between people and nature. We combine psychological knowledge, environmental psychology, positive psychology, non-formal education and digital innovation to develop practical solutions for wellbeing and personal development.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together psychologists, educators, trainers, researchers, coaches and digital and multimedia experts. We develop competency frameworks, educational methodologies, professional training, mobile applications and nature-based interventions, with a particular focus on young people, education and groups facing social or psychological challenges.

Anatta has trained more than 550 professionals in areas including positive psychology, emotional intelligence, non-violent communication, non-judgemental listening, positive mental health promotion, pedagogical relationships and nature-connected education. Our work combines scientific research with experiential and non-formal learning, translating psychological insights into accessible tools and practices.

We have extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects across the Youth, Adult Education and School sectors, including as coordinator of international partnerships. Our projects have resulted in competency models, curricula, training programmes, e-learning resources and digital wellbeing tools. Key initiatives include MINDCAPTAIN, a youth wellbeing app; Nature Intelligence, a programme exploring human–nature connection; and NatureVR, an ongoing project developing nature-based virtual reality interventions for young people.

Through our projects and partnerships, Anatta aims to bridge research, education and practice—supporting healthier individuals and communities while fostering a deeper relationship between people and the natural world.
