À propos de l'organisation

SEMwell is a Prague-based organization dedicated to fostering inclusive, respectful, and compassionate care for individual and community wellbeing. Our core mission is to promote mental health, digital wellbeing, and inclusion through innovative programs rooted in mindfulness, self-care, and socio-emotional learning (SEL).

We deliver targeted training and educational courses for schools, youth organizations, and businesses. By collaborating with EU institutions, universities, and non-profits, we also develop accessible materials that support SEL, inclusion, and wellbeing—both online and offline—in youth work and education.

Our work strongly aligns with the five strategic pathways of the I-STEP Network:

• Inclusion: We believe mindfulness and self-care are essential for building healthy relationships. Our programs actively promote diversity and inclusive communication across educational and professional environments.
• Skills & Training: We equip youth and adults with vital life skills, including resilience, emotional regulation, and digital wellbeing strategies to navigate modern technological challenges. Our training provides practical tools to create trauma-informed, socio-emotionally supportive classrooms and workplaces.
• Employability & Participation: Mental and digital wellbeing are the foundation of active societal participation and long-term employability. By addressing burnout, reducing workplace stress, and teaching healthy digital habits, we help professionals thrive. For youth, our emotional intelligence training builds the confidence required to actively engage in their communities and smoothly transition into the workforce.

As a member of the I-STEP Network, SEMwell is eager to share our expertise in holistic and digital wellbeing while collaborating to enhance inclusion, skills development, and employability across Europe.
