ICT-Institute gGmbH (Berlin, Germany) is a non-profit organisation active at European level in vocational education and training (VET), adult learning, and youth education. The institute advances digital competences, innovation-driven learning, and inclusive education to meet evolving labour market demands. Operating at the intersection of digital transformation, applied research, and social inclusion, it builds on extensive experience in European cooperation. Certified under DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, ICT-Institute applies structured quality management and clear monitoring across all activities. The organisation designs, coordinates, and implements Erasmus+ and other EU-funded projects within transnational partnerships. Its expertise covers digital competence frameworks (DigComp), XR- and AI-supported learning environments, e-learning platform development, green skills, and practical pedagogical methods.
ICT-Institute develops modular upskilling pathways and digital learning environments for professionals, educators, adults, and young people. A central priority is accessibility, enabling learners from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain market-relevant qualifications. The organisation collaborates closely with universities, SMEs, public bodies, and research institutions across formal and non-formal educational sectors.
