About the organisation

Youth Power Germany is a non-profit youth organisation dedicated to empowering young people through non-formal education, international cooperation, and community engagement. Our mission is to equip young people, youth workers, educators, and local communities with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to become active citizens and positive changemakers. We design and implement Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and other international projects focused on youth participation, social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, sustainability, mental health, employability, and democratic engagement. Through youth exchanges, training courses, seminars, workshops, and local initiatives, we create inclusive learning environments where participants develop key competences while building meaningful international partnerships. Our organisation values diversity, equal opportunities, human rights, and lifelong learning. We actively support the participation of young people with fewer opportunities and strive to make international mobility accessible to all. By working closely with NGOs, educational institutions, municipalities, and public bodies across Europe, we contribute to stronger civil society and sustainable community development. Youth Power Germany is committed to developing high-quality international partnerships, exchanging good practices, and creating innovative educational approaches that respond to the evolving needs of young people and youth work. Through collaboration, we aim to strengthen the impact of youth organisations across Europe while promoting solidarity, inclusion, and active European citizenship.
