APPJuventude is a partner in this Porto Metropolitan Area-led project with organisations in Greece and Romania, connecting young people’s priorities with local policy and territorial innovation.
AGENTS is an 18-month Erasmus+ partnership coordinated by the Porto Metropolitan Area, with APPJuventude and partners in Greece and Romania. It builds on priorities raised by young people through Youth Monitor.
The project addresses barriers relating to employment, housing, mobility, digital inclusion, culture and participation. It aims to produce 19 local portraits, identify 12 transferable practices and co-create tools that help organisations involve young people in territorial development.
The work includes young people with fewer opportunities and links consultation, peer learning and practical recommendations for youth policy. These are planned outputs of an ongoing project.
Co-funded by the European Union through Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnerships in Youth (KA210-YOU).
